Advocacy
Advocacy comes in a variety of shapes and styles. Advocacy is offered in a person centered way depending on the needs and wishes of the person asking for advocacy.
Who
Choices Advocacy can provide advocacy support to adults who have a learning disability and live in our catchment area.

MAP TO FOLLOW
How
Anybody can make a referal to Choices Advocacy. The person who needs advocacy needs to know that a referral is being made. When we receive a referral, a member of the Choices Advocacy team will meet the person and explain what Choices Advocacy can offer. We will only provide advocacy if the person wants it.
Person Centred Planning (PCP)
Choices Advocacy also has a PCP team of planners - to find out more visit PCP Hampshire or PCP Southampton.
Self Advocacy Groups
Choices Advocacy supports groups of people to meet in the area they live to talk about things that are important to them.
