Choices Advocacy is an Independent charity. It seeks to provide Advocacy for adults with learning disabilities who live in Southampton and South West Hampshire.
Almost everybody needs an advocate at some point in their lives and some people are disadvantaged when it comes to speaking up for themselves. Citizen advocates help to change this so that all adults can take part in shaping their own lives.
Choices Advocacy believes that everyone has the right to be heard, we value the views and aspirations of people.
How we can help:

- Help ensure people listen to you
- Help you to change things at home, school, college, work or at your daycentre
- Help you to understand things such as:
- Your rights
- Complaints
- Who you need to talk to to sort things out
